Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or defective piece, we are happy to assist you.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging). No return or exchange will be made if you are unsure about the design after delivery. We request you to make a careful and sensible decision before purchase itself.
STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN (within 3 days of delivery)
Please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.

- The customer needs to intimate us within 3 days of receipt of goods at their end for exchange.
- Products can be returned only within 3 days from the time of receipt of goods at customer's end, and only if goods are found in damaged or defective condition. No exchange is allowed in other cases.
- Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us, you are required to send us a photograph of the product. Then it is up to the discretion of the bejeweledforever team to decide whether the product is approved for return.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items ordered on any offer are not eligible for exchange. Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
