Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office.

DELIVERY METHOD

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we only use reputed courier services such as Shiprocket, DHL, Blue Dart and Fedex. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your items our shipped. Deliveries will only occur between Monday-Friday. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays.

SHIPPING ERRORS

In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly replace the item for you. Please contact us within 48-hours of receiving the items.
